BIBLE HISTORY CLASSES IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS TO HAVE A VIEWPOINT NEUTRAL, FOUNDATIONAL STUDY – AT NO COST TO TAXPAYERS – OF ONE OF THE CORNERSTONE TEXTS OF WORLD HISTORY, HELPING STUDENTS BE CULTURALLY LITERATE AND BETTER EQUIPPED TO THRIVE AND CONTRIBUTE TO A GLOBAL WORLD.

When you grow up in a violent community, in a society that promotes violence in music, film, videos; those kinds of things continue to promote violence, sometimes the culture that some of our young people are caught up in causes them to act out ... many of our children, as myself, are growing up in a violent society, a violent home, a violent community and violence all around and are looking for hope and trying to see 'how do I avoid violence? ...
